Ketubjörg frozen waterfall

Ketubjörg is a more than 120 high cliff in Skagi just to the south of the farm Keta. The waterfall that falls into the ocean below had created a beautiful formation of ice all over the cliff. Ketubjörg is an old extinct volcano or crater. There is a rich bird life in the cliffs and interesting flying your drone there.

If you look to your left into the sunlight, you can see a large chunk of the cliff has very recently fallen into the ocean.

Tales tell of trolls who lived in the cliffs and because of them the road to the cliffs was sometimes impassable. We didn’t run into any that day.

You can see me waving at the drone from the edge as well Halldór Ingi to your right far away cliff getting a good frame with the waterfall.
